Restoration Foreman
Pay: $23.00 – $30.00/hour + (based on experience)
Play a key role in restoring properties and
leaving every job site better than we found it.
As a Restoration Coordinator, you’ll lead
restoration efforts following underground
construction, ensuring yards are returned
to their original condition with quality and care.
– Lead restoration crews to return residential and commercial properties to pre-construction condition
– Operate equipment such as skid steers (Bobcat/Dingo) to move and grade soil
– Place black dirt, seed, and sod as needed to complete restoration
– Perform hands-on work including shoveling, raking, and sod cutting
– Use power and manual tampers to ensure proper compaction
– Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
– Oversee daily restoration activities and ensure work meets quality standards
– Coordinate with construction crews to complete restoration efficiently
– Take ownership of final site appearance and customer satisfaction
– Experience in landscaping, grading, or restoration work preferred
– Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 70 lbs
– Comfortable operating small equipment (Bobcat/Dingo)
– Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example
– Must be at least 18 years of age
– Valid Class A CDL required
– Ability to operate a 26,000 GVW dump truck with a 12,000 GVW trailer
