Fiber Pulling Laborer
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00/hour + (based on experience)

connectivity to communities. As a Fiber Pulling Laborer,
you’ll assist with the installation of fiber
and coax cable using a variety of methods
and equipment in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
– Install fiber and coax cable using hydraulic pullers, fiber blowers, or manual methods
– Assist with jobsite setup, cable placement, and restoration support
– Use hand tools and equipment such as shovels, rakes, and tampers as needed
– Maintain accurate records of work completed, including materials used and any issues encountered
– Follow all safety procedures and company protocols at all times
– Work closely with crew members to complete jobs efficiently and correctly
– Ability to perform physically demanding work (standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 70 lbs)
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
– Good communication skills and ability to work with a team
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when needed
– Must be at least 18 years of age
– Driver’s license preferred
– Class D License: Required to operate a 6,000 GVW truck pulling an air compressor
– Non-licensed team members will ride with crew to job sites
