Aerial Lineman
Pay: $23.00 – $33.00/hour + (based on experience)

As an Aerial Lineman, you’ll install, maintain,
and repair aerial fiber and cable systems
while working outdoors and at heights
in a safety-first environment.
– Install, maintain, and repair aerial telecommunications lines and equipment
– Inspect existing lines for damage, wear, or required upgrades
– Troubleshoot and resolve service or connectivity issues
– Operate aerial lifts and bucket trucks safely and efficiently
– Work from ladders and at heights as needed
– Use specialized tools including lashers, power drills, and lineman equipment
– Document completed work and maintain accurate records
– Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to standard
– Experience in aerial telecom, electrical, or utility line work preferred
– Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
– Comfortable working at heights and performing physically demanding tasks
– Strong attention to safety and quality
– Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
– Must be at least 18 years of age
– Valid Class D Driver’s License required
– Ability to operate a 15,000 GVW bucket truck
