Underground Laborer
Pay: $20.00 – $26.00/hour + (based on experience)

As an Underground Laborer, you’ll play a hands-on
role in installing and maintaining telecommunications
systems in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
– Assist with digging, installing, and restoring telecommunications infrastructure
– Support drill, trenching, and excavation crews on active job sites
– Follow direction from crew leads and foremen to complete work safely and efficiently
– Maintain clean and organized job sites before, during, and after construction
– Use a variety of hand tools and power equipment to complete daily tasks
You’ll work with a range of tools and equipment including hand tools (shovels, rakes, wrenches, drills), cable placement tools, and power equipment such as tampers, generators, and jackhammers.
– Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
– Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, kneeling, digging)
– Comfortable lifting 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
– Willingness to learn and take direction with minimal supervision
– Must be 18 years or older
– Class A License: Opportunity to operate larger trucks and trailers
– Class D License: Ability to operate standard company trucks and trailers
– No License: Ride along with crew in company vehicles
