Resident FAQ
Work is scheduled based on project timelines, permitting, and weather conditions. Crews typically operate during normal daytime working hours. If work is planned near your property, you may see crews in the area in advance of construction.
The duration of work depends on the scope and conditions of the project. In most residential areas, work is completed within a short timeframe, though larger or more complex projects may take longer. Crews work efficiently to minimize disruption.
After construction is complete, disturbed areas are restored as close as possible to their original condition. This may include backfilling, grading, and placing seed or sod depending on the area and project requirements. Grass may take time to fully re-establish.
While we take every precaution to avoid damage, issues can occasionally occur. If something is damaged during construction, it will be assessed and addressed by our team or the appropriate responsible party. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns.
A utility easement is a designated portion of property where utility companies are permitted to install and maintain infrastructure such as cable, fiber, or other services. These areas are typically located along property lines or near roadways.
Paint markings indicate the location of existing underground utilities. These markings are placed prior to construction to ensure crews can work safely and avoid damaging existing infrastructure. The markings are temporary and will fade over time.
