D&D Service works with experienced, reliable subcontractors to support our ongoing underground and aerial construction projects. We’re always looking to build strong partnerships with crews who take pride in their work and operate with a focus on safety, quality, and production.

Subcontractor Requirements
To be considered for work with D&D Service, subcontractors must meet the following baseline requirements. Additional project-specific expectations will be provided during onboarding.

An executed Subcontractor Agreement

Provide a current Certificate of Insurance meeting all project and contractual requirements.

Compliance with all customer badging requirements

All employees must be SQUITI certified (Safety Qualified Underground Telecommunications Installer) and properly trained for underground telecommunications work.

Subcontractor must provide experienced crews with qualified onsite supervision and utilize company-owned equipment. Subcontracting work to additional subcontractors is not permitted.

Adherence to all safety standards, including PPE requirements, equipment inspections, and compliance with all City, County, State, and customer specifications.

Completion of required daily pre-work inspections and post-work/QC inspections as required by D&D Service.

Protection of all property during construction and full restoration of disturbed areas to original or better condition.
